Colonial Car Club Terms & Conditions
   1. Unlimited wash plan entitles the specified vehicle on the application unlimited washes during the activated month. Activation period is monthly upon payment.
   2. Customer's debit/credit card is automatically charged monthly. Activation start up date is the monthly automatic renewal date.
   3. Immediate termination will take place if the unlimited plan is abused or tampered in any way inconsistent with the terms and conditions.
   4. To upgraed your wash type or add additional services, customer pays the difference between the unlimited plan wash and the upgrade requested.
   5. The unlimited plan can NOT be used with any other promotion or discounted item.
   6. Terms & conditions are subject tp change without notice.
   7. Prices for the unlimited plan are subject to change without notice.
   8. Customers must cancel (5) five business days before the automatic renewal date for cancellation to take effect. Customers are allowed to use the plan up to the last day of the activated month. To cancel, please call # 382-0600 ext. 10
   9. No partial refunds are available.
   10. If customers card is not able to be charged the monthly dues than the unlimited plan will be immediately terminated.
   11. The activation period will begin 3-5 business days upon receiving the application.
   12. To change you Inlimited plan, customers must contact our main office at phone # 382-0600 (ext. 10). Changes will take place during the next billing cycle.
   13. Restrictions apply to commercial/fleet vehicles. Call main office phone # 382-0600 ext. 10 for details.
   14. Unlimited plans can be used during regular business hours. Weather permitting.
